Monica Moran at PMA is a rock star advisor! I could not have had a more complicated situation, with septic replacements and market roller coasters and an investment loan spanning a 10 month period between offer and closing. I cannot recommend her and PMA more for the service, the patience, the quick responses, the guidance, and the attention to ensure rates and locks were done in my best interest. I also learned so much from them, which helped me know that I was getting the best deal and doing the right thing. Monica went above and beyond in conversations with agents, brokers, title company, and her own mentors or experts with even more experience, if she felt it was warranted.
